The company’s client profile is comprised of both multinationals and large family businesses. Both are equally important within our range of activities, whereby our office can draw from a widespread experience in the field of interoffice communications with other national and international auditing offices, both as local auditor and group auditor.

During the past years, we have noted a marked increase in the demand for consultancy services, primarily in the areas of:

  • new assurance assignments;
  • environmental certification - Fost Plus, Val-I-Pack, …;
  • audit control on consolidation reporting;
  • financial due diligence or acquisition audits;
  • financial forensic or fraud investigation;
  • fraud prevention;
  • administrative organisation – internal audit control;
  • management reporting – financial analysis, accounting tables, … ;
  • business planning – budgeting;
  • investment analysis;
  • businesses in difficulties – efficiency studies, restructuring advice, …;
  • valuation of companies;
  • corporate law, e.g. regarding management and the executive body.

In response to demand, already a number of knowledge centres have been created in the past, for instance, on the issue of succession, management, and ownership of SME family businesses.
